Working principle

YFK asepsis sample valve is used mainly for sterilization.

Valve open sampling

Manual valve can be open or closed by rotating handle. In the meanwhile, liquid flows in and we get sample.

Valve Closed sterilization

When operating the opposite steps, we can put spring to make the valve closed, get the valve sterilized in cavity body. If choose steam sterilization, then we suggest to install a relieve valve in the exist.

YFK asepsis sample valve includes valve body, valve head and diaphragm gasket. Valve body and valve head can replace during different valve types.

YFK asepsis sample valve specs

• M4 valve is used for low viscosity liquid such as water, beer, wine and liquid mild
• W9 valve is used for high viscosity liquid such as yoghurt, syrup, and ice screen.
• W9 type is used for micro-sampling through needle joint.
